1972 Gibson Les Paul '54 Reissue Goldtop. One of the very first attempts at a guitar brand "reissuing" a certain year model. This and the Les Paul Custom that came out at the same time are amazing guitars and still great value compared to the 50's-60's models. This has all the good stuff: 1 piece mahogany neck, mahogany body, etc, none of the 70's stuff we mostly dislike (maple necks, volutes, pancake bodies, etc.). This guitar is all original except for the frets (professionally redone and showing a tiny amount of wear on the first few frets) and the bridge (mojoaxe) so it will actually intonate. This guitar was just professionally set up and it plays and sounds great. Weight is 9 lbs 7 ounces. Comes with the original hard case.
