1967 Fender Maple Cap Telecaster. One of the prettiest vitnage Fender necks I have seen with tons of birdseye and some flame in certain light. The body was recently refinished in an aged Dakota Red by MJT. The neck finish is old nitro, unsure of originality, but it is worn in and feels great. There were no extra routes or oversanding in the body. The electronics are all original except for both pickups being rewound to period spec professionally and the jack (of course solder touched up from the refin). The hardware appears all original except for the control plate and jack (originals included). There were another set of tuners on at one time and the bridge plate was once drilled for a top-loader style system (6 extra holes on the side). The guitar was refretted with larger than factory sized frets and there is very little fret wear. The guitar sounds great. Weight is 7.4 lbs. Comes with the original hard shell case that is fully functional.
