1956 Gibson Southern Jumbo SJ. This guitar has been through it, but has survived nicely. The finish is all original. It has had the following repairs: reglued braces, several repaired cracks, neck reset, bridge reglue, new nut and saddle, partial refret and repaired original bridge plate all done by Mandolin Brothers in NY. The tuners are also repro. The good news is that the guitar needs absolutely nothing now and plays great with low action. It sounds as good as you think it would being how hard its been played. Comes with the original brown hard lifton case.
