1955 Gibson Les Paul TV Junior Refinish. The refinish was done very professionally and not recently, though I don't know its exact history. For a color that varies very much from the factory, I think this refin fits right in. There appear to be no breaks or repairs that I can find even via blacklight. There is some evidence of original TV finish in the cavities, so I believe it was originally TV, but I am not 100% certain. The finish is aging nicely with some fading and checking. The serial # is restamped. Most of the important parts are original. It has a replaced volume pot, knobs, and drop in double line nickel tuners (same style as the original). The pickup, capacitor, tone pot, pickguard, strap buttons, jack, jackplate, and bridge/studs are original or at least era correct. Most of the screws are original. The frets show moderate wear, but nothing that really hinders playability. The guitar sounds absolutely fabulous and was just professionally setup. Weight is 7 lbs 2 ounces. Comes with an 80s Gibson hard case.
