1955 Gibson Les Paul Custom in a very high quality black refinish. This guitar was just pro setup and is playing and sounding great. I don't see any signs of repairs, but it is impossible to be certain. The serial is a non-original 5-1955 redone in the proper font. This does have a few parts replaced: bridge (early 60's), tailpiece (original included, broken), tuners (originals included), volume pot, switch/tip and poker chip. The pickups are original and sounds great. Weight is 9 lbs 4 ounces. The guitar has also been very nicely refretted. Comes with a late 60's case.
