1953 Martin 00-17. These all mahogany smaller Martins are some of my favorites and a 1950's one presents a great value in the vintage world, in my opinion. This guitar had a neck reset and was refretted, which is essentially required for all vintage martins. It was done professionally and will not need to be done again anytime soon. This guitar plays great up and down the neck. There is one small top crack that was repaired professionally (see last photo) and an added strap button hole on the neck heel. At some point a non-invasive pickup was added to the guitar with a jack coming out of the strap button hole. It was enlarged slightly and then repaired when the pickup was removed. The original tuners are holding strong. Comes with the original hard case in good shape (replaced handle), which is very hard to find.
